Evelyn Sieber
Evelyn Sieber représente le Reeperbahn Festival, l'un des plus importants lieux de rencontre de l'industrie musicale mondiale et le plus grand festival de clubs d'Europe. L'événement annuel à Hambourg, en Allemagne, présente quelque 600 concerts d'artistes internationaux à un public de plus de 50 000 fans et 5 900 professionnels de l'industrie musicale de 55 pays.
En tant que chef du programme des vitrines, Evelyn est responsable de près de la moitié des concerts, présentés par des partenaires internationaux du monde entier. Elle coordonne également les activités internationales en tant que chef de projet du Reeperbahn Festival International. Financée par le ministère fédéral allemand des affaires étrangères, cette initiative présente des retombées dans cinq destinations en Afrique, en Chine et aux États-Unis.
Avant de commencer au Reeperbahn Festival en 2010, Evelyn était directrice de la production et des projets spéciaux de WOMEX - Worldwide Music Expo. Se déroulant dans toute l'Europe, WOMEX est la plus grande conférence et le plus grand festival de l'industrie musicale mondiale.

Beatrice Adasz works as as the Venue manager of Metropol Berlin, an internationally known venue legendary for a diverse selection of live music events and extraordinary parties for up to 1500 people. There she is responsible for all event-related aspects like booking, pre- and postproduction, and execution of events, as well as the maintenance facets of the landmarked building.
She gained first insights in the music business at the age of 17 when she started planning and executing several concerts in a youth club in Berlin-Köpenick. Beatrice continued working in several areas of the industry next to her studies and became the general manager of Badehaus Berlin in 2017 after working there for several years as a bar manager and night manager.
