Tatjana Domany, born 1981 in Vienna, studied political science, journalism and musicology. From 2008 she worked for the Viennese music label G-Stone Recordings (Kruder & Dorfmeister, Tosca,..) and as a freelancer in music and culture marketing for local record labels, promoters and organizations. Since 2011, she has been responsible for export activities at the Austrian Music Fund / Austrian Music Export. Tasks include promoting and financing international showcases as well as supporting Austrian artists and record labels in international tours and releases.
Paulina Parvanov founded her own music agency soda. mit himbeer shortly before the pandemic hit Europe. Since then, soda. mit himbeer has evolved into a 360° agency offering label, management, communication and booking services for artists. Trained as a journalist, Paulina has experience in various areas of the communications industry. After working at regional newspapers, press offices and communications departments, she decided it was time for a change. Although the music industry was not her first love, she is now very happy to be part of it. She always has her most important goal in mind – which is to provide artists with a fair and professional working environment and pave the way for them. To make this possible, Paulina is an active board member at VTMÖ (Association of Independent Labels, Music Publishers and Producers of Austria) as well as in the Gender & Diversity Committee of FAMA (Professional Association of the Film and Music Industry in the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber).
