Natacha Ordas began her career working with David Guetta to launch operations / associations with brands. She then joined Radio FG as head of cross media advertising.
She joined the Skyrock group and the Skyblog digital agency to develop the Entertainment portfolio (music, movies, video games). She then had the opportunity to launch Skyblog Music which was a real success with the music industry and young people aged 12-25.
With this experience, she took over the Digital Sales Management of the Aventers group for 5 years where she created the advertising department in France and Europe.
In 2013, she decided to take on a new challenge and created Soonvibes, the leading platform for discovering music talent, which brings together over 70,000 artists.
Today, Natacha, with La Baronne Consulting, supports companies in the cultural world wishing to accelerate their development and digital transformation.
Rooting for Artists
Louise Cartier is originally from Hauts-de-France and studied across the Channel in England. At BIMM, she studied music composition and developed an interest in artistic promotion as she saw how difficult it is for musicians to get noticed.
She then went on to do a Master’s degree in Global Entertainment & Music Business at Berklee College of Music in Spain, where she furthered her knowledge of marketing and business.
Today, she launches Rooting For Artists, a consulting agency dedicated to helping musicians develop a memorable narrative and strengthen their artistic identity.
