Blanca Salcedo
Revenue Director at Sony Music Spain
Blanca is a passionate person about music and the music business who began her career as a secretary at Sony Music. After this first position, she worked as head of promotion at Sony Music, from where she went to BMG to direct the local label Zafiro, and later the international label RCA.
After several mergers and acquisitions, Blanca has gone through the positions of Director of Strategic Marketing, Director of Marketing, to her current position and the commercial area as Revenue Director.
Her enthusiasm for the industry and music, and all the transformations of this business have only increased her interest and passion for this work. That is why, she has always felt as a very privileged person and professional.

Aina Pociello
Aina has a degree in audiovisual communication and two years of experience in multiple film and advertising shoots as an assistant director.
In 2016 she completed a postgraduate degree in Cultural Management and live event production. From there, she began to open up to the world of production and distribution of performing arts and music projects, and she began with her partner Ana Candela, the Symbiotic Festival, a festival of accessible and inclusive performing arts that is already in its fifth edition.
In 2017, she met the pianist and composer Clara Peya and began her journey as manager and booker of musical projects.
She has currently been in the sector for 5 years as a freelancer and in September 2020 she launched her own management and artist recruitment agency, Allau Management, with a clear focus on female talent and accompanying projects that value art as a tool for social transformation.
